Returns

Mają Państwo prawo do rezygnacji z zakupionego w naszym sklepie towaru w ciągu 14 dni od daty odebrania przesyłki. Niezbędnym warunkiem uznania zwrotu jest to, że produkt posiada metkę, nie był używany ani nie został w żaden sposób zniszczony. Wraz ze zwracanym towarem prosimy o odesłanie rachunku. Wartość produktu zostanie Państwu niezwłocznie zwrócona przekazem pocztowym, bądź przelewem. Zwrotowi nie podlegają jednak kosztydostawy i odesłania towaru.

Complaints

Goods in which you detect technical defects or mechanical damage, e.g. resulting from transport, should be sent back to us as soon as possible by regular mail or brought to the company's headquarters. Please do not send us cash on delivery parcels, as they will not be accepted. We will refund the shipping costs by bank transfer or postal order. Please enclose the invoice and all information required for the bank transfer with the shipment. The goods will be repaired or replaced with full value. If the repair or replacement of the goods is not possible, e.g. due to stock depletion, we will propose other products for exchange or a refund.

Shipping methods and fees

Payment methods:

• Cash on delivery: the shipping fee for the order is paid upon receipt of the package. It is collected by the postman, courier or post office clerk.
• By bank transfer: after confirming the order, we will inform you by e-mail what is the account number to which the money should be transferred. Immediately after receiving confirmation of the transfer, we will send the package with the ordered goods.

Order

Confirmation of the order is equivalent to the beginning of its execution. The total order execution time is the sum of the execution time needed to prepare the goods (5 working days) and the delivery time. The delivery price will be added to the value of purchases included in the basket. The sum of both amounts gives the final cost of the order. You will find this cost in the order, which will be visible on the screen after filling in the personal data form and selecting the delivery method and payment method.

Issuing invoices:

The invoice will include the data you enter in the form.
