Registration
Only adults can make purchases in our store. To make a purchase, you must register. The personal data provided to us (name, surname, address, e-mail) are treated as confidential information, no one from outside has access to them and they are not shared with third parties, companies or organizations. We use them only and exclusively for communication between the Company and the Customer. When providing data for registration, we ask you to make the following statement: I consent to the processing of my personal data to the extent necessary for the relationship with the seller Nicol-Sport Krzysztof Grochal with its registered office in 60-111 Poznań, ul. Stęszewska 27, in accordance with art. 23, point 1 of the Act of 9.08.1997 on the protection of personal data. People who have registered receive a unique password and login, which the Customer uses when placing orders.
Returns
You have the right to return goods purchased in our store within 14 days of receiving the shipment. A necessary condition for accepting the return is that the product has a label, has not been used or damaged in any way. Together with the returned goods, please send the invoice. The value of the product will be immediately returned to you by postal order or bank transfer. However, the costs of delivery and returning the goods are not subject to refund.
Complaints
Goods in which you detect technical defects or mechanical damage, e.g. resulting from transport, should be sent back to us as soon as possible by regular mail or brought to the company's headquarters. Please do not send us cash on delivery parcels, as they will not be accepted. We will refund the shipping costs by bank transfer or postal order. Please enclose the invoice and all information required for the bank transfer with the shipment. The goods will be repaired or replaced with full value. If the repair or replacement of the goods is not possible, e.g. due to stock depletion, we will propose other products for exchange or a refund.

Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: the shipping fee for the order is paid upon receipt of the package. It is collected by the postman, courier or post office clerk.
- By bank transfer: after confirming the order, we will inform you by e-mail what is the account number to which the money should be transferred. Immediately after receiving confirmation of the transfer, we will send the package with the ordered goods.
Order
Confirmation of the order is equivalent to the beginning of its execution. The total order execution time is the sum of the execution time needed to prepare the goods (5 working days) and the delivery time. The delivery price will be added to the value of purchases included in the basket. The sum of both amounts gives the final cost of the order. You will find this cost in the order, which will be visible on the screen after filling in the personal data form and selecting the delivery method and payment method.
Issuing invoices:
The invoice will include the data you enter in the form.
